Honourable Hussein Mustapha Lecky, the member of the Edo State House of Assembly representing Etsako West Constituency 1, visited voters registration locations in his Auchi to ensure that the election process runs as smoothly as possible.
While at the Auchi registration centres in Wards 1-4, Hon. Hussein checked in on the registration officers and offered them encouragement. He also took the opportunity to encourage eligible voters to obtain permanent voter cards and to take advantage of the voter registration process,
Prior to the upcoming gubernatorial election in Edo State, Hon. Hussein stated that the Edo State Independent electoral commission aims to provide eligible voters in Edo State with the opportunity to register, update their information, and correct any errors on the voter roll through the ongoing observation of the Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) programme.
