Directed and Produced by Amb. Umanu Ochuwa Elijah, the movie ‘Break of Dawn’ has been reviewed and rated high by movie lovers across Afenmai Land.
The private screening of the movie by Film professionals, Film Students from the department of Mass Communication in Auchi Polytechnic and movie critics recorded a new high in the history of creative works produced by Nigerians in Nollywood.
Interestingly, the movie is produced by an Afemai son who hails from Ifeku Island in Etsako Central of Edo North.
The movie is set in Lagos Nigeria and tells the story of how low many Nigerians can go to make money -largely due to poverty and societal expectations.
Fascinating aerial photography amplified the visually appealing motion pictures that culminated into what many have come to describe as a plus for Nollywood from an Etsako man.
Umanu’s choice of characters in the characterization of the movie did justice to the story as each cast seemed to have been born to play the roles they played in the movie.
Break of Dawn used a lot of twists, turns and ample suspense to keep the viewer glued to the screen all through the duration of the movie and what is most important is the language used for communication.
Music? Oh! Umanu brought Etsako to the World especially at the beginning of the movie and at the end.
This shows that the director and producer is a thorough bred Afemai son who amongst other things is a promoter of his home and people.
