MOMWYF Holds Year 2024 AGM, Launches Organic Health Products in Auchi Sacred Kingdom
A Non-Governmental Organization, Momali Women and Youth Foundation (MOMWYF) has held her Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year 2024 in Auchi, Etsako West Local Government Area of Edo State on Thursday, the 25th of April.
Themed “Opportunity Once Lost…” , the event was held at the residence of Princess Beckisu Momoh Aliu, convener and president of the body at Igbira Camp where community chieftains, stakeholders, captains of industries together with members, friends and guests of MOMWYF were hosted.
Princess Beckisu took out time to recount the success story of the organization -stating that the establishment of same was rooted deeply in “Goodness for Goodness”.
She stated that MOMWYF’s activities span across women/girl-child empowerment, skills acquisition for youths, academic scholarships as well as medical outreaches -all of which are intended to touch the lives of the poor positively for the good of society.
The keynote “Goodness: an Opportunity for Progress” addressed the need for people to imbibe positive charitable attitude towards humanity.
It emphasized Kindness, Charity, Respect, Responsibility, Compassion and Honesty on the premise that Goodness is an act that drives life towards positivity.
Highpoint of the meeting was the display of natural health supplements and organic remedies.
Princess Beckisu Momoh Aliu noted that God has put the solution to every ailment into herbs which are found everywhere.
She encouraged all to join in and show support for projects of Momali Women and Youth Foundation with a view to making the world a better place.
