Scholarship: Anonymous Donor Doles Out #1m to 20 Students in Auchi Polytechnic
No fewer than 20 students have benefited from a 1 million Naira scholarship grant sponsored by an anonymous donor.
The awarding of the scholarship was done at the Students Affairs Division office in the Auchi Polytechnic Area 1 (main campus) on Thursday in the presence of Dr. Gani as well as Dr. I.Z. Abiri, Dean School of Administration, Business and Management Studies together with staff of the Students Affairs Division.
Dr. Gani noted that the exercise marks the 5th year of the donor’s anonymous scholarship program to indigent students and tasked the beneficiaries to put their benefactor in prayers as that is the only thing required from them.
Together with the Dean SABMS, Gani admonished the students to be studious with a view to ensuring that the essence of the scholarship is achieved.
The beneficiaries expressed elation, gratitude and prayed for the continuous well-being of the donor -pledgeing that they will make judicious use of the #50,000 each of themreceived as same would go a long way to suffice their current academic needs.
