“You have done well” -Council Boss Hails Assembly Men of Auchi
Hon Zibiri Muhizu Marvelous , Chairman Etsako West Local Government Area of Edo State has on Saturday showered encomiums on a group of young men under the aegis of Assembly Men Association of Auchi on the occasion of their installation of a Street Solar Light project in Auchi Sacred Kingdom .
The group of verile and agile young chaps which was formed from a casual gathering under a tree in Afaedokhai quarters had in the forgone month of May installed no fewer than 13 Solar Street Lights from Ughelle market through Iyetse and Iyogaga to Olele junction with a view to illuminating the axis -providing security and lighting for residents and businesses therein.
In the cause of the inauguration of the project, Hon. Muhizu Marvelous lauded the genuine efforts geared towards raising funds collectively by members of the group and stated that it was a rare occasion to witness such massive project carefully thought out and executed by a none governmental body despite the current harsh economic situation of the country.
The chairman noted that although the group had done her beat in contributing to the development of their community, it was a call and a challenge to do more -being that the reward for a job well done is more job.
He tasked the youths to embark on more communal projects promising his unalloyed support for the positive proposals and projects of the group -going forward.
“You have done well.
I must say that I am beyond impressed that such a project is successfully thought of and carried out by a group comprising of private individuals.
“You have done what government should have ordinarily done for the people and this goes to show that you are a forward thinking body of progressive youths who are willing to help government succeed.” He noted.
He prayed for the positive growth of Assembly Men Association of Auchi and stated emphatically that they have got his support whenever he is needed.
